Job Description:

Walkin Drive For Freshers/Experienced at GE Capital - From 22nd July - 26th July 2013
=> Receiving calls from customers based out of US
=> Solving queries and concerns on the call
=> Arranging for any service required by the Customer
=> Provide Customer with product and service information
=> Up sell Products and Services
=> Follow-up on customer inquires and resolve
=> Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
=> Recommend process improvements.

Job Specification:
=> Should be Customer Centric
=> Excellent English (Verbal) Communication Skills
=> Working knowledge of Computers
=> Professional Phone etiquette and ability to work with a Team
=> Should be willing to work in night shift
=> Should be open to change
=> Minimum of 18 years of age

Educational Requirements:
=> Should be minimum 10+2 or a Graduate
=> B.Tech and MCA graduates are not eligible
=> Excellent communication skills is a mandate.
