=>  Knowledge of Operating System Windows 2000/XP.
=>  Sound understanding of AD Group Policies.
=>  Knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware.
=>  Troubleshooting skills of desktop/laptop related problems ( OS/ Hardware/ Software)
=>  Knowledge of Outlook Mail Client and related troubleshooting.
=>  Knowledge of Printer's (2400 & MFP4345).
=>  Understanding of OS Patches/ Upgrades/ Services Packs.
=>  Knowledge of Local System policies.
