Job Description :
=> Promising career in the field of Commercial Vehicle Finance Division.
=> Learning about various product verticals at the branch level.
=> Learning the entire Gamut of Business activities of Branches / Regional Offices.
=> Identification of right Customers, Customers' interaction, servicing & relationship building.
=> Finding new scopes & Related Opportunities.
Desired Profile :
=> Any BE/ B.Tech/ MBA (Male Candidate) Aggregate of 60% and First class.
=> Age not above 25 years (i.e., born on or after 01/01/1988)
=> Attitude to learn new concepts, Must be go-getter.
=> Self starter and reliable.
=> Ready to take up responsibilities.
=> Ready to work anywhere in India.
=> Ready for fieldwork in commercial vehicle finance.
Selection Process :
=> Aptitude Test- at major cities in India.
=> Preliminary Interview
=> Final Interview.
Compensation : Selected Candidates will be paid CTC of Rs.2.07 Lakh P.A during Training & Probation period.
Note :
After Successful Completion of one year Training & Probation Period they will be absorbed as Assistant Managers or Equal Managerial Positions depends upon their performance during the training period
