=> Should have very good experience in hiring candidates (both technical and non technical)
=> Should be able to streamline the recruitment process
=> We have to hire 8 new candidates for our business, so should have experience in short listing the candidates according to our requirement, all the resumes and candidate details will be provided by us.
=> Should call the candidates and arrange for interviews
=> Should be able to take 1st round of interviews
=> Should have a very HR analytical thinking
=> This task is for only 1 month and chances for extension.
=> Should have some technical background

=> Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Confident, Go-getter attitude
=> Proactive
=> Should have the flair to direct things
=> Work in team, plan HR strategies for employees
