1. Should have minimum of 6 months of exp.in Customer Service process.

4. Work as per the process guidelines and ensure fulfillment of assigned KRA's

Good Communication skills- written and verbal, Team Player, Interpersonal skills. Willing to work in night shifts 24/7 environment
