Key Skills:
=> Must have excellent communication skills.
=> Should be familiar with the recruitment process.
=> Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.
=> Should handle entire Recruitment cycle which includes resume sourcing (Job portals, references, database, etc.,), screening, short-listing, co-ordinating for the interviews.
=> Good exposure to IT technologies
=> Internal & External Searches, using Web Portals, Networking etc.
=> Efficiently handle multiple requirements and quickly present good resumes to the client
=> Should be a Good team player
=> Good understanding of various software & technologies is desired
=> Should be good in submissions, maintaining reports, and statistics
